So here's a twist of a question for you.
Which state will have the higher handle for the Super Bowl?
Nevada or New Jersey?
Personally I think there will be a huge flood of money in New Jersey that will come in from New York. I wouldn't doubt that will be more seven figure bets out of New Jersey than Nevada.
I don't have exact numbers but I believe Nevada has 205 sportsbook locations and New Jersey has 8 or 9. I might be wrong because of recent openings.
This is going to be a real eye opener for states that are on the fence about passing sports wagering in their state. Law makers are going to be in for a huge surprise and I wouldn't doubt by this time next year, we double and maybe more the current states that have approved sports wagering.
I am going to take New Jersey in an upset.
